Hey! The room is a shared room located in an apartment complex. Rent is paid online and is 672 and utilities are usually split between everyone and average to be $50. Parking usually isn’t an issue as we have a garage. The space itself is located in downtown lb and is close to the 710 freeway. There’s a lot to do in this general area and LA is only a 25 min drive w/out traffic. Csulb is about a 20 minutes drive with traffic and you can take the street the whole way there. Guests are welcome but that would need to be communicated with the roommates. Any other questions feel free to ask!
The girls currently living here are both in their 20’s. The girl that you will be sharing the room with is a student at Csulb and the other is self employed. Both girls are very chill and usually keep to themselves. Usually we communicate though text to let each other know what’s going on.
