Personal 11ft x 11ft room and personal bathroom in 2 bedroom apartment.

Kitchen/living room/dining room area connected, fully furnished with table and sofa and coffee table, kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, as well as washer, dryer, fireplace and balcony, all areas will be shared.

Cost covers Rent, Electric, Water, and Internet. Pets would be additional as the apartment requires fees.

Property has pool that is open during summer, and a large walking trail that leads into town with restaurants and shops, etc.

I work from home currently and am looking for someone to split costs with to make living easier. I am a relatively quiet and peaceful person. I’m not very social, so I never have people over. I prefer using headphones to listen to media. I am a massive weeb so I watch anime and cosplay. No smokers/vaping etc, no exceptions.
