Kitchen/living room/dining room area connected. apartment has dishwasher, as well as electric laundry units, fireplace and balcony.

Cost covers even split of Rent, Water, Electric, and Internet. Pets would be additional as the apartment requires fees.

Property has pool that is open during summer, and a large walking trail that leads into town with restaurants and shops, etc.

I currently work full time and am looking for someone to split costs with to make living easier. I am a relatively quiet and peaceful person and been known to be a night owl. I’m ambivert and rarely have people over, if at all.
