The apartment is a 3bd 2 bath apartment in the Hershey Reserve & Gardens apartment complex. The complex offers access to a pool, jacuzzi, dog park, and a gym. There are no assigned spots for the apartments, but there are tons of spots right in front of the unit in a private lot owned by the complex. The apartment comes with a microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, and a fireplace in the living room. The apartment is fully furnished and the room is furnished with a twin bed and dresser, but feel free to bring your own furniture! Roommates are 2 female 2nd year medical students at the Penn State College of Medicine. There will be 2 labs that visit the apartment on the weekends, so being alright with the dogs is a must.
