Looking for a female roommate to move in as soon as Spring term. Our townhouse is a 10 min. walk from OSU campus (1.3 mi) and there are 4 additional roommates. We are looking for a fellow Oregon State student that is seeking a clean, comfortable, and fun new living arrangement. Two rooms are currently available, one with a private bathroom. Along with the convenient location by campus, it also neighbors a community park, and includes a one door garage, balcony, and in-unit laundry. NO PETS.
