Spring Pond Place

I am looking to sublease my portion of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lease due to new life changes. The property is a very safe, family oriented area and includes a community pool, dog park, grilling area and on premise gym.

My current roommate is extremely kind, tidy, and has a warm and welcoming personality. I have never had any issues with her paying her portion of the rent and electricity bill on time. She spends most of her days at work and typically spends most of her evenings either in church or in her room. She has been a great roommate to me and will remain a lifetime friend. She respects boundaries and does well with communicating. If you enjoy living with someone who appreciates, cleanliness, is responsible, and is welcoming, you will enjoy living in this apartment.
