Hannah's room

Hello everyone, happy new year! My roommate (Sam) and I (Hannah) are looking for a third roommate to fill the master bedroom in our 3bd/2br Outer Richmond apartment.

ABOUT THE ROOM: $1,500/mo if you want to split the garage space with Sam, $1,400/mo if you don’t. The bedroom is a very decent size. The previous roommate was able to fit a queen-sized bed, a desk, a tv stand/tv, and bedside tables with no issues. The room has its own private bathroom and private front entrance from the stairwell(Sam & I share the other bathroom/separate entrance). The bedroom window leads to the fire escape (non-useable, sorry) and faces away from the street. It’s available now and January rent is already paid for. We do ask for security deposit upon move-in. Unfortunately, NO pets and NO smoking.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: We literally have the best landlord in the world. Her and her dad (building owner) are immediately on top of any issues. They’ve gone above and beyond for us so many times. We have a handyman that lives in the building and charges very cheap prices to repair things. The apartment building is very clean and secure, and the neighbors are friendly. Coin-operated laundry is in the garage. We have a massive living/dining room combo and a good sized kitchen (I can send pictures on request!). Both get lots of natural sunlight. We moved in not too long ago, so you can totally be included in decor choices. The apartment is walking distance to Golden Gate Park, Baker Beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. It’s super close to a few different busses that can take you all over SF.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We would both love to have a roommate that wants to be on friendly terms. We like to hang out together, so we’d be stoked to have someone who wants that too. We’re looking for a female/female-identifying roommate specifically to keep it an all-girls household. We plan on updating our house rules and chore chart, and you can totally be included in that conversation! We really just want a chill environment with good communication. You’d be subleasing, but we’re hoping for a long-term roommate.

Sam is a 24 year old who’s new to SF and loves to adventure out into the city. She works a 9-5 from home in tech sales. She’s super friendly and outgoing! She’s a very honest, trustworthy person and a good friend.

Hannah is a 23 year old who spends most of her time at the park or the beach. She loves music, art, and video games. She likes to meet new people and hang out with friends. She’s usually always down to go somewhere/do something together!
