Hi! Female roommate needed for a 2BDR/1BA apt share. $1,500 all utilities, wifi, & maid service included!
There’s a large backyard that’s fenced in, the apt is 900sqft. The building has washer/dryers on-site. There’s even our own storage unit on the 1st floor of the building!
The area is on a quiet block on Harrison St, Oakland, 94611. It’s easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants on Piedmont Ave. Street parking is easy and safe here.
Move in date can be as early as Jan 14. Current lease goes through May 31, then flexible month-to-month after that.
About the roomies
You’d be sharing the apt with me, a 33 year old female and my super friendly cat (no additional pets possible).
