Nice room private bath big backyard great community very safe kid friendly quiet fishing pool basketball courts parks can pick oranges a bag a week share garage one small car can fit if more than one car have to park on driveway house shared with mom mom daughter very easy going flexible very nice and very clean if u have child have another room if needed for kids for 1500 a month for both we can negotiate price of rent and deposit don’t need good credit just be responsible pay rent and b nice I only want super cool people to live here no jerks allowed u can smoke outside there is no weed allowed at this house but if u smoke away from here ok no partys no tweekers I have a daughter she is 12 if u have kids and need help with them we use to have daycare in canyolake for many yrs great with kids can help getting them to school and taking care very very good with kids not wierdo at all don’t want any wierdos here need help with rent other roommate gone and I’m paying all I need help please make sure u can Pay or don’t contact me please I need help paying I’m done paying other peoples rent thank u

Me my mom and my daughter we keep to ourselves and are very cool people we’ll I am anyway and my daughter loves music dancing she stays in her room with her utube and toys she won’t bother u my mom is always in her room we can give u a time to use rest of house alone no problem we don’t have people over and don’t really want people over sometimes is OK if they r good people no drama hate drama
