The property is quite spacious. Its a 4 Bedroom, 3 bath 1700 sqft home. The lot is neighboring the Newark Memorial High School Track and Football field which is open to the public during the weekend. Also, City Sport and Planet fitness is less than a mile away along with Newpark Mall and a large asian shopping center within walking distance. The backyard is quite large which is accompanied with an outdoor sectional couch, grill, and Dining table.

If you like to cook, you’ll be glad to know the kitchen comes with all new quartz countertops, all clad pots and pans, reverse osmosis water filter, induction stovetop, convection oven, and a plethora of kitchen appliances ive accumulated over the years.

Its a very quiet neighborhood and I’ve had no issues with porch thieves or burglaries. However, in the event there’s any issues, you can be assured by my security system Ive installed.

Id say, my personality is pretty laid back and easy going. I believe that home is a place of rest and relaxation so i’ll do whatever I can to keep it that way. I like to tell stories and make people laugh. Its important to destress when hanging with others so lets do that for each other.

I love to cook, it really is my passion to make dishes that i love to eat. My friends and I love to have potlucks and we often watch UFC fights, sports, movies, funny videos or do some Karoke.

I also enjoy playing games whether that be board games or video games. So if youre pretty tame, like to watch funny videos, and enjoy being a foodie then this might be a great spot for you. Reach out to me if you’d like to see this place in person.
