Looking for a savvy roommate who wants to save money by sharing a 1300sq ft apartment. Spacey enough to not feel cramped with great amounts of natural lightening. Walk-able friendly neighborhood, take a stroll down to great local food restaurants nearby including Clementine’s Creamery, Cafe Nova & Pizzeria Tivoli.

The bedroom you would be living in is empty and you would be required to furnish it as you see fit. The rest of the unit is completely furnished, including cooking tools, tv & surround sound, dining room and living room. Plenty of space and storage for all your needs, with a basement area, washer/dryer, central air and lots of off-street parking.

Must be 21 or older, m or f is fine just keep in mind there is a shared bathroom. Looking to rent out the space for 1 year, but can potentially do shorter depending on the circumstance. The only other requirements I ask is for you to be polite, professional and pay your rent on time. No drugs/smoking.

Gas/electric/internet/water/sewer/trash is included in the rent price.

A bit about me, 29 male working full time, I’m gone the majority of the day at work/gym and usually do not arrive home until 7-8. I am home quite frequently on the weekends. Hobbies include traveling/gaming. I also have a cat who is very friendly (in two of pictures). Looking forward to hearing from you!
