I’m looking for a roommate, preferable female. I’m on the 3rd floor (top) with a balcony and about 8 minutes away from Grayton beach. We have a pool, outdoor grills, playgrounds, dog park and 24 hours gym. Right now you would be living with me until lease is taken over and you would have the guest room with attached private bath. Living room and balcony areas are furnished completely and your room will have an optional dresser/night stand depending if you want to use it.

I’m needing someone asap. Monthly Rent: $1158 (split price) + utilities/electric

It will just be me and you and I work M-F 7:30-4. I keep to myself and am rarely there.
