There’s a nearby shopping center that has Food Lion, McDonald, Burger King, Taco bell, Dun kin Donuts…Wawa and King George super Walmart on 301. The house located on 1 acre. About the roomies Owner have been working for NSWC Dahlgren navy base for 25 years. I am not live at the house, but I can respond quickly to any problem at the house if needed. The house only less than a mile from the navy base. Most tenants are professions. They used to commute to works at the navy base, stay during weekdays, and go home in the weekend. They more relax and quieted, this makes the house quieter in general.
