Rick's room

I have one room available in a four bedroom house located off K and 35th street West Lancaster, CA. Located in a great family oriented neighborhood, it’s across the street from AV college, a two minute walk from a large park. The shopping centers are a five minute drive from the house and include a Walmart, Home Depot, harbor freight, multiple grocery stores, etc. The house is a 29 minute drive from Mojave, and 20 minutes from the gates of Edwards AFB. The bathroom for this room is shared. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, nightstand, and dresser. You are also welcome to use your own bedroom furniture. The house is also fully furnished and includes a pool, hot tub, back patio and enclosed backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots and pans. The shared bathroom and kitchen area are professionally cleaned once a month.

Monthly rent covers ALL utilities costs including high speed (200+Mbps) internet, water, trash/sewer, gas, power, landscaping, pool service. The house is equipped with a really good central air conditioning system for the hot summers, as well as a gas heater for the cold winters.

The ideal candidate is a young male professional, who lives an active lifestyle. Enjoys BBQs, pools, and contributing to a happy social household.

The other roommates are young aerospace engineering professionals that work in Palmdale, Mojave, and Edwards Airforce Base.
