North Twin Oaks Valley Road

I am in an upstairs apartment in a quiet apartment complex 10 minutes away CSUSM. The room that is available is your own private bedroom with a private bathroom across the hall there is a heater in the room and an AC ain’t he living room of the apartment. We do also have a washer and dryer in unit on the balcony.

I am 20 years old and am a full time student at Cal state I also work part-time. The other roomie is a 19-year old female and is working full time. I met my other roomie at work we both work at Walmart. We also have a cat named Mochi who is super sweet and playful.
