The house is in a retirement community, it is very quiet and the people are friendly, There is a clubhouse, pool tables swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Supplied TV has all the usual channels Hulu, Netflix, prime etc. Newly remodeled kitchen available for user.

About the roomies

I am a retired project manager from Ireland, I enjoy playing guitar, I golf most weekends and working around the house. I spend 2 weeks a month out of town. There is also a gentleman tenant who is quite and respectful.
