Belltower Drive

The house is nicely furnished with brand new floors. Its a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Its has a two car garage that we use for storage. Driveway parking unless you have a big truck (f-250) like me then its street parking as the alley is small. We keep it very clean on the inside.

I have a 12 month lease at the property which is good until August 1st 2023. I am subleasing a room to a guy named Kris, he is a 49 year old Cyber security technician. Really cool guy, super nice and clean.

I am 42 and I am a truck driver so I am on the road for usually 4-6 weeks at a time then I am home for a week. So It would mostly be just you and Kris sharing the house and you would have your own bathroom unless I am home. No pets at this time though we both love animals. I don’t care about you back ground, I only ask that you have high moral standards, you are respectful, honest and clean up after yourself immediately. We don’t party, do drugs and I don’t drink. The room is a little on the small side but this is still way cheaper than a one bedroom apartment.

I will not be renewing my lease in August but Kris will be so he is hoping to find a long term roommate to share the house with. He would prefer if its just two people in the house after I leave.
