I have a 2 bedroom apartment located in Roselle Park NJ. I am renting 1 private bedroom. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The apartment has washer, dryer, and dish washer. Also there’s a gym and community lounge on the property (you will have access to those areas). Utilities (internet, heat/electric)are included in the rent. Food and personal care items are NOT included in the rent. There is street parking but you can request paid parking. There’s NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT OR BUILDING.

I’m a full-time Social Worker and part-time business owner. I’m very big on communication. I have a small toy poodle, who stays home most of the time, he’s very friendly. I’m looking for someone who has a stable income, is responsible and clean. If you’re interested in renting we’ll discuss personal boundaries, respecting each other’s space and creating rules in the home we both agree on. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions.
