It’s in a private area in the beautiful city of San Jose, California we are very close to bus stop stations, the orange, yellow, green, blue line train station. We are not too far from espectacular Downtown starting Thursday to Sunday Amazing people and Amazing Restaurants, Bar’s, Dancing clubs and more are open to late night, nice view and quite and safe neighborhood, there are neighbor’s always looking out for each other and everyone it’s friendly, but just like any where in the world do not leave a running car untended, do not leave valuables at sight when you park your car in the parking area 360* degrees it’s better be safe than sorry, and it’s always better to take precautions 😉 a minimum of a 6 months staying It’s required do not apply if you are planning on leaving before that as this is a sharing room with a male roommate

I’m respectful and trustworthy, I mind my own business never judge anyone and I’m easy to get along with people I love helping out others in whatever I can possibly help or assist with, I love being quiet at times and I also enjoy playing music, I’m flexible, caring and a good friend, everyone at home has a roommate and we all know that we have to do our part to help out clean as you know mom and dad aren’t going to be there and there is no house mate so, we always do the best we can to keep the house clean, most days if we all help with the grocery someone will cook 👨‍🍳 for everyone so we will all have a nice meal 🥘 not obligated it to be part of it but it’s fun and delicious, there can not be guest over at all inside the house only renters are allowed there are renters belongings and in the past lots of items were missing so that’s the reason no guest allowed to stay over night if they do spend the night money will be withdrawn from your deposit about $100 for each night other than that you can bring a guest but you are fully responsible for your guest just don’t let anything be missing and everything will be just fine 100% guaranteed we are open minded and we will treat you like our family so call me now because the spot will be gone soon / good luck 👍🍀 to you all
