I am a 70 year old female looking for a 40 plus female to rent a room it is partly furnished. You will have to bring a mattress I have a full size bed frame. small bed side table. There is a large 3 drawer storage bin. You have your own bathroom but it does have a tub so you are more than welcome to use the shower in my bathroom. I have WiFi and internet. No cable TV but if you are wanting it we can talk am willing to pay half. I have a washer and dryer. I do have two older dogs so no other pets as that is the limit. Will have to intro them to you. You will have a covered parking spot. You are free to use the other rooms. Wanting someone who is clean, no smoking, pays on time, respectful, no drama. Leasing office is asking for a background check so there is a nonrefundable app fee of $51.10. My lease is up in Oct. Bit if we get along and we are looking for a longer term that is fine as I like where I am at. The apartment s more like a townhome all one level. There are two patios my side patio I like to sit out when the weather is nice and drink my coffee.

I have lived here for over ten years on my own. But with rent going up needing to rent out the extra room. Love my dogs which are two weenies a male and female. They let me know when someone is around. I am retired but do go out with my friends. I will be respectful of your space. The area I live in I have nice neighbors and it is quiet.
