1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for available rent. 2 females currently occupying the other 2 bedrooms. The house is spacious with high ceilings and cozy ambiance. The backyard is fenced on all ends, and has decorative lights illuminating the outside. Making this the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
The home is fully furnished, and the price includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash/recycling, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, communal TV in living room, fully furnished in each room, fully stocked with kitchen supplies).
The location is highly convenient, with the airport and downtown Austin only being 15 minutes away. Domain is 15 minutes away.
About the roomies
I currently occupy the master bedroom, and my roommate occupies another bedroom. I have two cats named Sassy and Smokey, they’re great roommates! I’m highly cognizant of keeping a clean and sanitary home, we clean up everyday as part of our day-to-day routine. (But I’m reasonable, just be respectful and clean!)
I work as an account executive during the day in Tech Ridge, so I am usually at the office Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm.
