Four bedroom house in quiet neighborhood in Southwest Albuquerque. The neighbors are friendly. Room has wood floor with grey throw rug. Shared bathroom. Utilities are included in rent. Outside smoking only. Street parking only. No hard drugs.

Hoping to find someone who keeps to themselves and does not need use the kitchen often. The household is calm. We do not generally have visitors. There’s a large yard for a garden and a covered patio. The house is co-ed. There are 3 roommates in their 40s. We all keep to ourselves and socialize elsewhere.
