Small den style room (cheap rent because room is not private, it has no door) located in downtown Burlington walking distance to all amenities. The room comes fully furnished, so no other furniture is allowed.

Rent is month to month, first, last plus damage deposit. All utilities plus Wifi included. Males only, room is single occupancy, no visitors or overnight guests.

The room is 31 minutes from Bellingham, 31 minutes from Marysville, 27 minutes from Arlington, 36 minutes from Everett, 26 minutes from Anacortes, 45 minutes from Oak Harbor. This information is for guys who don’t mind commuting 30 plus minutes to work

I am 53 years old and single. I like to keep my home neat and clean. You must be the same and keep your room and common areas clean. This is a no shoes household (the last guy did not like this custom so I’m giving potential tenants a heads up) I consider myself an introvert, so I tend to be more of a listener than a talker. I don’t have any visitors and when I do it’s always a family member to pick me up or drop something off. So my place is very peaceful, safe and quiet. I work 4 to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, early mornings. When I’m home you will usually find me in the living room watching my favorite programs or movies.

Any potential tenants should have good credit, a clean record, and be employed with same company for over a year. No drinking, smoking outside only. I am looking for someone who works mid-shifts or night shifts as to avoid getting in each others way trying to get ready for work. No remote workers please.
