This is a townhome in West Des Moines. It’s a furnished bedroom in the basement, pretty private. There is a living room area inside the room as well. I have 2.5 bathrooms. It’s a 2 story floor plan and the basement. We will be sharing the main living room, kitchen, and dining room. The roommate will have own bathroom in the basement. The room is ready to move in. Perfect for students or someone who is here on a business for a short time. Very good and convenient location and is close to Hy-Vee grocery store, Planet fitness gym, Starbucks, Casey’s gas stations, Holiday Park with Aquatic center, and Raccoon River Park where you can do a lot of summer activities like beach area to hang out, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, walking, running, or just enjoying the park. The rent is $900 all utilities included. The room in the basement has a TV and living room area in the room. TV in the living room has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. I have a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a $250 refundable deposit if no damage to the room or items in the room, and a $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee when you move out if you don’t clean the room. In order to get all refunds you required to provide 30 days notice prior to moving out. Parking is available, but no smokers, no drugs, and no couples. The lease will be a Month-to-Month.

I am clean and organized. Very friendly and outgoing. Easy to get along with and communicate well. I am a social worker and work from home most of the time. I have an office on the second floor. I am not on the phone much for work, pretty quiet.
