Hi! My name is Kelly and I live at Centreport off 360 & Trinity. I have an apartment on the 3rd (top) floor. I’m looking for a roommate to take over half the lease from now until the end of August. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living room. Apartment is fully furnished except your bedroom and bathroom. I do have a washer & dryer in the apartment as well. I’m very clean and tidy and looking for someone that also cleans up after themselves and respects my belongings and will help contribute to the costs of living together and will pay rent and utilities on time. I’m low key and quiet and respectful of your time, belongings and peace and I appreciate the same respect in return. I have two cats that are also low key and sweet so I need someone that likes animals. :) There is a gym and a pool and grills just below us. We are within walking distance of the TRE train which is awesome because I’ve taken it to go to downtown Dallas for the Stars games! I’m low key and easy to get along with. I have a regular job currently but looking to transition into the aviation industry which means I may be traveling a lot soon. I do have 2 cats that are very chill and sweet.
