We have a room available in a quiet neighborhood in southern Napa area.

The room has a 150 sq. ft. living space with beautiful backyard view. It is furnished with a small walk-in closet, large window, a small refrigerator, a queen size bed with mattress and two nightstands.

House appliances include washer, dryer, air conditioner, microware, range.

We are looking for a responsible person who is easy to live with, follows basic common sense house rules, especially quiet and clean up after use. No alcohol, No smoking, No drugs, No marijuana, No overnight guess, No candles, drama free, light use of kitchen. Parking is available on the street. Rent may include reasonable use of utilities, Wi-Fi, water, PGE, and trash. Must honor recycling and aware of overuse of water and PGE.

The room is for a single professional occupancy who has a full-time job or a full-time student who enrolls in schools nearby.

The tenant must share responsibilities of maintaining clean common area in the house, wiping down stove top and table after use, taking out garbage, and cleaning bathroom. The tenant also must be comfortable with dogs, quiet, respectful, neat, and hygienic.
