I am looking for another female to share a lease with, in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I currently live there and my roommate has moved to Raleigh, NC. I listed the apartment space without signing the lease (only sublease agreement) the price is 1100. If you want to sign the lease, the price is 850 plus bills. If you sign the lease you can also bring pets.

The available bedroom has a huge walk in closet, private bathroom, window, and did I mention the sunroom? Your spacious attached bathroom (with an awesome removable shower head) has a marble vanity with lots of storage space. Rent is 1,690$/mo so split is about 850$ not including utilities. I have not gotten a washer/dryer but may buy a used one or rent one, if I can split the cost.

The apartment complex has a salt-water pool, fireplace, 24 hour gym, and an amazing theatre room. It is a non-smoking (or outdoor smoking) apartment located in South Asheville. Due to the terms of the lease, I cannot accommodate couples, unfortunately. I would also be willing to sublease the room for short-term rentals (6-8 months) for 1,200$/monthly. If you have a pet, they do not allow sublease, so it would have to be shared lease.

I am a 28 year old, fairly serious student in dental hygiene. I study a lot and work part time as a dental assistant. I like to play pool, foosball, volleyball, swim, dance and do yoga. I am trying to eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy weekends out and about and love to hike in these beautiful mountains.
