ROOM FOR RENT! 5 minutes away from Central Park! The room is in a house that includes shared common living area, dining area, and kitchen. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There is parking available. The price includes all utilities and the use of Wi-Fi along with washer and dryer. I am looking for a single person who is clean, professional and responsible. The lease agreement is from 6 month - 12 months with extensions if needed. I do not allow smoking, or pets on the property.

Neighborhood is quiet and calm so it is expected to be respectful of neighbors and roommates at all times.
