This is a 9 bedroom home with currently 1 roomie staying in the home. . THE ROOMS ARE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY, the rooms are furnished and all utilities such as cable, lights, water, electricity and wifi are all included. comes with washer and dryer as well which is shared among the guests. We are renting the rooms weekly with a first week and security deposit which is $500 to move in. There is a weekly lease agreement attached to the rental to protect both tenant and landlord. I am the property manager for the home therefore I do not live on the property neither does the landlord however we have a house manager that lives on the property.
