Beautiful townhouse style home, desirable location right in Garden City, two minutes from the highway. Huge kitchen with a balcony leading down to a decent yard (perfect for summer campfires), separate dining room, and a very comfortable living room. Washer and dryer is located inside the home.

This is available February 1, 2023. The rent is $450 (subject to change with notice) for one bedroom one bath, there are three young professionals living in the home. Utilities are not included but everything is split, so it is a low addition to your monthly rent (utilities 200 depending on usage)

First month rent + $500 security deposit on security deposit upon move in, which will be given back at the end of the lease.

We are a group of 4 girls living in the house, all of us working as professionals in different fields like education, medicine and public services. We are aged between 25-34 years old. My experience living here was outstanding but I’m finish my contract this is the reason why the room is available. This is a quiet and clean place we are respectful of each other. Gisela, Olga and Leicier were the best and helpful roomies that I ever had!
