I have 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom condo located in the Galleria area. We have created an online Questionnaire to help us with this process. Just trying to find someone that is a good fit and we hope that’s you.

To manage expectations upfront we keep the home clean and we are looking for someone that will do the same. We don’t want someone that we have to pick up after and that will create a job for us. We want to maintain the peaceful environment that we currently have. This is not a party home. We are focused on doing what we need to do and we are looking for someone who is looking for a place that allows them to focus on what they need to do. In other words you can expect those living in the home to be respectful and polite, but we are busy people so hanging out and chilling is a rarity. This home would be a good fit for someone that is independent and that is focused on an objective. (Studying, paying down debt, saving money, peaceful environment to be creative, etc.)

We’ve lived with both men and women. Gender is not an issue but cleanliness is a requirement. Past roommates have been between the age range of 25-35, but we do not have a specific age requirement.

Me (roommate 1): I’m a straight American male and I own the home. I’m employed, respectable, responsible, and a drama free guy. I look for the same in a roommate. I’m an animal lover. I work in transportation-railroad. I enjoy video editing and camping. I do work a lot and have odd sleeping hours.

(Roommate 2): Straight Filipino Male. He is new to the United States. He is employed, respectable, responsible, and a drama free guy. He is currently a student. He enjoys writing, riding his bike, and watching good films.

(Roomate 3): You

There will be “3” roommates total and 2 cats. You do not need to be an animal lover, but you would of course need to feel comfortable around pets. The cats have grown up with the roommate experience and mostly keep to themselves unless you initiate an interaction.
