Malka's room

This is a good sized room with a private bathroom in a house, on a peaceful and quiet residential block. It can be either furnished or unfurnished. Fully fenced backyard, rent includes all utilities (heat, electric, water, garbage, high speed internet) and includes full house cleaning every two weeks. The kitchen includes all housewares needed including a ninja blender, a slow cooker, an air fryer, a Keurig, etc, but you are free to bring your own and I will make space. Washer/dryer available in the house.

The location is close to 164th street for public transportation, close to the I5, and a short drive from Mill Creek Town Center. Must be comfortable with large-breed dogs (I have two).

I am currently furnishing the bedroom and will be adding those pictures shortly.

I am a 40 year old divorced female, easygoing and clean. I work from home as a software engineer, in the evenings and weekends I enjoy walks and hikes, going to the gym, and board games. I can be friendly or can give you space; I’m adaptable. This is a 3 bedroom house plus a daylight basement den, with 2.5 bathrooms. I will be renting 2 of the upstairs bedrooms, maintaining the 3rd bedroom as extra living space. We’ll be 3 roommates total (includes myself).

I have two dogs, so no additional animals. No smoking.
