About 15 mins away from the Las Vegas Strip.

The residence is a newer build about 1700sq ft spread across 3 stories. The house features air conditioning, street parking (and parking lot), and a (new Samsung washer and dryer)laundry room. The community also offers a small park and nightly security monitoring.

My roommate preferences-

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 22 and 34. No SMOKING, no pets, and one person per room, so no couples (although your significant other is always welcome to stay over, as long as they have their own separate place). A credit check is required, proof of stable income is necessary, and a reference.

This is a home, not a party house. Clean home with relaxing vibes. It is a 4 bedroom home, with 1 room for rent. I have uploaded a few pictures. I am looking for someone within as soon as possible as this space is currently vacant.
