Hello, my name is Hector. I am currently trying to sublease my 1Bed/1Ba apartment. It is located off Fair Oaks & Sunrise in the Fair Oaks/Rancho Area. I am really hoping to sublease this apartment by beginning of March. I am currently a grad student at Sac State. This apartment was shared between me and another individual, but that person wants out of the lease, and I need to move in the near future. I have two cats who also live on the property, but obviously they will come with me.
