Hello!

I am looking for one responsible and considerate housemate to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with. The unit of the rooms is approximately 10’8 x 12 and is located in a convenient, safe neighborhood.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and who is respectful of shared spaces. It would be ideal if you are employed or a student and can provide references. I will also be partaking in background checks which will be part of your 1st months rent.

If you have a furry friend, it will be an additional $200.00 a month for the stay. I like to think of it as a daycare as well since I will be open to take care however I can for them :)

ABOUT THE HOUSE: Spacious, bright and modern home built in 2022. High ceilings. This place will be all about zen.

The house includes: Washer/Dryer, Parking Garage, Fast internet (800 Mbps), Kitchen Appliances, Living Room furniture and most importantly, Good vibes :)

ABOUT THE ROOM: I currently have one open room for rent. Standard room ($1,200) is spacious and includes a private bathroom (with a tub-shower) and a closet.

ABOUT THE RENT: Rent includes access to the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and back yard.

High speed internet, gas, electricity, and water will be included in the rent.

For all nurses out there, it’s near the medical center in Downtown Houston (20 mins)! Rice Village with nice coffee shops and stores (30 mins) Beautiful parks such as Memorial Park (20 mins) - If you’re down, we can go take walks and enjoy the view with some friends. Near Costco, HEB, and other stores at your convenience.
