Northwest Polk Avenue

We have applied for Tyler Avenue Townhomes and are 3rd in line but we need a 5th person to join our application. It is a furnished townhome very close to OSU and everyone gets their own room and bathroom. There is laundry in the unit and a garage as well. It is about a 15 minute walk to campus and there is street parking around the townhome. Rent will range from $600-670 per person with garbage included, all other utilities paid seperate. The security deposit is $2700 so $540 per person. The lease would begin fall 2023.

Me and 3 other friends are looking for a 5th roomate! We are all currently sophomores at Oregon State University with the following majors, kinesiology, business information systems, psychology, and architectural engineering. We are clean, easy going and friendly.
