The apartment is walking distance from the mall, and a short drive or Uber to downtown Annapolis. The apartment complex has a nice pool and fitness center. The room has a bed already, but it can be moved out if you prefer to bring your own. There are two bathrooms so you will have your own. Price listed is for a month-to-month lease, but if we are approved for a 12 month lease, the rent will be $1045 each. The electric is usually around $100 a month, and I pay $260 for cable so we will split both of those. I’m hoping to get a cheaper cable plan soon. The rental application fee is $25 per person. Must be cat friendly! And you can bring your own if you would like. I might consider a dog if they are relaxed and will not stress out my cat.
