About the room
Tell me a little about yourself(occupation, personality, current situation) when you reply.
Room available in a large house in Marysville, Edgewater area. The house is located in a neighborhood with nearby shopping(Costco, Walmart), close to Hwy 70.
Looking for one person only. The size of the room is roughly 11x10.
Room: ($700 per month): Located downstairs. It is completely empty. It has a closet with sliding doors and a top shelf for storage. It is on the back side of the house which makes it a very quiet getaway from the noises of the outside world.

- Street parking
- High-speed internet
I’m hoping to find:
- Quiet, peaceful, mellow person to share the house
- Responsible person that pays rent on time
- Single person only
- No overnight guests
- No pets
- No drinking(light is ok)
- No drugs
- I will do a background/credit/reference check
- I do take into consideration best fit and compatability
LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit will be $300. Utilities are separate. PG&E and Water will be split amongst us.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month’s rent saved up, please do not contact me.
About the roomies
The other roommate currently works from home during the day. He is quiet and in his 50s.
