Unfurnished Room for rent in a house. Edgewater area of Marysville.

I’m a male in his 50s, I have a dog in the house, and work mostly at home during the day. There is one other roommate in the house. Washer/Dryer, Wifi, Street parking.

No drinking(light is ok), No drugs, No overnight guests, No felons. This room is for a single person only.

You must be employed(I will check professional and personal references). You must be quiet, respectful and drama free.

Month to Month

The other roommate currently works from home during the day. He is quiet and in his 50s.

We treat each other with respect, and value a quiet, safe and clean environment. This is definitely not a party house.
