About the room
The house is in a quiet culdesac located above Old Colorado City close to Bear Creek Park. Easy access to I-25. Close to Manitou, OCC, Downtown Colorado Springs.
The room is very spacious with a huge walk in closet. It is located in the lower level of the house. You get your own garage space with parking, storage and private entry into the house. There is a small kitchenette with a 7cu Ft refrigerator available for your use. Lower level laundry is available to you. House cleaning is provided every 3 weeks.
About the roomies
We are a low key, loving family. I have two children that live with me part time, ages 7 & 12. We have one other roommate in the lower level who is very kind and helpful. The household is very clean and cozy.
