My husband and I have one room for rent in our 3 bedroom home in Southeast Austin. The neighborhood has a really nice park and swimming pool open in the summer months. We are near McKinney Falls Parkway. 10 minutes from Southpark Meadows shopping area. 15 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from Tesla. 15-20 min to downtown. You will have a private room and private bathroom with shared kitchen and living spaces. The room can be fully furnished or not, whichever is preferred. Rent is $750/mo + utilities (usually $50-60 per person). Google fiber internet & monthly maid service included per month. No pets please, we have one small dog, she is very calm & friendly but gets nervous around other animals.

We are very calm people and usually keep to ourselves. We both are currently working from home. We like traveling, hiking, and watching sports. We don’t smoke or drink, but enjoy movie or game nights, music, and exploring outdoors. Looking for someone who would be a good fit. Move in date flexible. Please message for any further questions.
