Located near Town Center close to the Witchduck I-264 exit. Space for rent is the approx. 800 sq-ft upstairs of my house. The bedroom has an ensuite private bathroom and is attached to a large game room with a private balcony. Use the game room as your private living area, I just ask to use the game room on the rare occasion I have friends over.

There are currently no other roommates besides me and my girlfriend. I’m a Mechanical Engineer, work from home in the downstairs office, and am easy going. We are clean but not OCD. We just ask that you put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up after yourself. You’ll have the whole garage refrigerator to yourself, or you can share both with us. I spend most of my free time going to the gym and working on projects around the house. We have 2 golden retrievers and a cat, which stay downstairs.
