I’m a professional man who is clean, respectful, laid-back, and friendly. It’s rare when I have guests over. I have rented to others before, and all parties have had a pleasurable experience. My bedroom is on the complete other side of the condo than the rented room. I rent to roommates for extra income. I have 2 teenaged children who live with me every other week. My children are well-behaved, clean, respectful, and stay to themselves when here and not outside, in school, doing extra-curricular activities, or working. I’m only interested in a female roommate because the spare bathroom will be shared with my neat, 16-year-old daughter when she’s here just every other week.
