B&B’s Furnished Room's room

This room is situated in our country home in Elizabeth City, NC. There are beautiful trees out front. We have a lovely country porch to sit and have coffee in the morning, or the evening. There is a back yard to enjoy as well. There is parking in the driveway. This is a farming community, so expect farm equipment to be in the area. The downstairs is fully functional for the owners. The upstairs has two bedrooms available, as of right now, with a full bathroom to yourself, unless the other room is rented, then the bathroom has to be shared. Each room has a queen bed, a dresser, two nite stands, and a closet. The hallway where the bathroom is located, also has a mini fridge. You essentially have the whole upstairs to yourself, unless the other room is also rented, at the time you are renting. If you wish to rent both rooms, please contact us to discuss. Linens can be provided. You would do your own laundry, housekeeping, and it is expected that the upstairs be kept clean, and trash brought downstairs. There is no smoking, no vaping, no cannabis, no incense , no lighters, no guns, (unless for your job aka police officer), no drugs, no alcohol use, no pets, no loud music, no guests, unless approved by owners. No candles, no hot plate cooking. You have access to the downstairs kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room at any time. No use of our mailing address, no mail sent here at all. Must have your own post office box elsewhere if mail is needed to be received. This room is located about 15 minutes from Elizabeth City. About ten minutes from the coast guard base. A great fit for a nurse, traveling executive, or someone working local. A home away from home feeling. This is a quiet home, and a nice place to relax and sleep.

My husband and I live here. We are 50+. We enjoy the simple things in life. Like playing a board game, or sitting on the porch. We like kind and funny folks. We don’t have any pets here, other than our daughter’s turtle in a tank in our office downstairs. We are private, quiet, but social as well. Looking forward to meeting you.
