West Washington Boulevard

I live in a Victorian Brownstone that I restored with my father about 10 years ago, the house has a side yard, off street long(er) term parking, electric car charging, and multiple living areas outside of the bedrooms. The place is huge with 11 bedrooms on four floors (roomies maxes out at ten), which is obviously way too much for one family unless they were the Brady Bunch x2.

I find that usually I end up renting to guys/girls both students and early career. The house has lots of stairs which helps as I also love to ride my bike. I personally have a career in STEM, and enjoy a number of hobbies from boating to house/car projects galore. Others living there are in nursing school, run their own Amazon businesses, etc. In general it’s a pretty motivated/goal oriented crowd. Anyone with experience in creative arts, design, culinary, etc. can move to the front of the line!
