Chelsea's room

I am looking for a roommate or two for a 3 bedroom house. With one other roommate, the room would be $1010 plus utilities. If a third roommate, that drops the price to about $672/person.

The second bedroom is upstairs with bay windows and a bathroom. There is also a third bedroom (which if filled would make it a shared bathroom) but I have no preference on one or two roommates. There is also a loft area upstairs. One car garage but also driveway, sunroom, and back deck. In a neighborhood with a gym, pools, tennis courts, etc.

Would consider 10 or 12 month option.

My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so looking for one or two people to replace her. I do have a dog and a cat but both are super sweet and easy going.
