I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and it’s just me, a 32yo single guy. The master bathroom is being remodeled right now so at the moment it is shared bathroom (just the shower). You can park in the driveway, share the common spaces, and enjoy the yard. The room has a new queen bed and a desk. I have a dog, he’s a really old well behaved guy. As far as that deposit goes, I’d like to collect it within the first 2 months and that will actually be your last month’s rent. So you’ll have your first and last month covered and I won’t have to worry about late payments. That way there’s never stress over that. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Single guy, spent time in the Marines, born and raised here. When I’m off work and have free time I usually spend my time in the garage building things, that’s my main hobby. Not sure what else to say.
