Emma's room

Park Circle Village is a absolutely wonderful place to live. It has a multitude of amenities that include and are not limited to, a large pool, a spacious gym, yoga classes, and out door grilling area. The entire apartment is furnished and always clean. The spacious bedroom up for rent has an attached bathroom. It can come FURNISHED, but I would need to be notified ahead of time. The bedroom has a fairly large double door closet and a gorgeous view into the woods. It’s kinda like a tree house. The last tenants were a middle aged couple and it seemed to be plenty of room for them. It is located about 5 minutes from park circle and it is a very quiet area. It’s about 20 minutes from mt.pleasant, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes to Folly 🏝️ Looking for someone laid back that has a consistent work schedule. We would have a signed lease agreement based on whatever we agree upon. Look forward to meeting you soon!

It would be my boyfriend and I. I also have a sassy cat, her name is Sansa. We both are very tidy people that either love to stay home and chill or go out around Park Circle.
