Are you a single female non-smoker with no pets that’s looking for a place in Marietta within a great neighborhood and a 10 minute access to everything (Battery, Cumberland Mall, Walmart, Kroger, Farmers Market, etc)? well this private room in my personal Townhome may be for you!

This cozy sunlit room is fully furnished, with a TV, full access to Netflix and Hulu, private bathroom (may be shared in the future with one other person), In-house washer and dryer, your own parking space, your own mini fridge , and your own pantry/cabinet space for your food and belongings!

Your rent is all inclusive (Water, electricity, gas, trash, pest control, etc) for a 6-month lease. Security deposit is $1000 for any incidentals.

I’m very goal oriented, clean, keep to my self generally, and love to workout. As of now, it’s just me, but it may be one other person as there are 2 rooms available. Only then will the bathroom be shared.
