I’m looking to rent my bottom bedroom for $700 a month to a SINGLE PERSON ( FEMALE ONLY) no couples, no children or pets . Our house is located in the Eagle Ranch community in the city of Victorville. Roomie will have access to kitchen, own cuber space, own dinnerware set, own pots and pans, own silverware, dinning area, backyard, washer, dryer, family room when not being used by the family. The rent covers utilities and internet. Your room will have a queen bed with adjustable base and massager, Tv, dresser, night stand, computer desk,chair, 3 lamps, electric fireplace and bottom restroom, street parking in front of house or where ever you find parking on our block (never had a roomie have issue finding parking) ( if needed, parking in driveway… must ask owner first)

Currently in the home is my husband and I with our three children. We have two dogs ( chocolate Labs) 1 cat
