Shared 5 bed house in a quiet residential neighborhood, centrally located between Easton, Worthington, and Polaris! Quick access to I-71 and 270. Shared garage space available!

Two rooms available for July 1 move in (larger for 670/month, smaller for 540/month). Each bathroom is shared with one other person. House has a large backyard and common areas inside and out. Due to allergies, we prefer no pets, but you are welcome to garden or use the yard however you wish.

3 guys in their early 20s currently sharing a large house! Open to both male and female, but would prefer no couples. We all work as professionals with hybrid schedules, and we like to hang out with friends and go downtown on nights out during the weekend. Our hobbies include music, working on cars, and cooking.
