My apt is centrally located in the heart of Downtown Jersey City’s pedestrian plaza. Supermarket/produce store, liquor store, pharmacy, mass transit, and all of the best bars and restaurants are ALL within a 2-3 block radius of my home! The space I am renting out is the Master bedroom with an attached smaller bedroom which can be used as a den/TV room/walk-in closet/ office space. It has a private entrance to the room, and the apartment is a traditional railroad style. My room is in the middle and when I am home I keep my doors open for free access to the entire space. Otherwise I request that my roommates use the private entrance to access the rest of the apartment.

Hi! I am a Queer 40 year old woman born and raised in this area. I own two very well mannered dogs, Frankie and Cati (Shepard mix, and chihuahua mix). The apartment is quite large by Downtown Jersey City standards. Two people and two dogs is max capacity so unfortunately, I cannot accept anyone with pets. I am a night owl due to my industry as a bartender. I enjoy cooking and spending time at home… when I am home. My true passion is for the wilderness! Therefore I spend a lot of my time off from work in the woods with the dogs. I have been living in this apt for 4 years and take great pride in the space and atmosphere I have created. I am looking for someone who shares similar ideals regarding cleanliness and equal contributions towards the communal space. Are you a LGBTQ and pet friendly male who works similar hours?
